What’s the point of IT support?

 

Does everyone now have some level of IT familiarity? Not really, but for argument's sake, let’s just say they do.

However, how comfortable are you with taking on the IT training needs of your team? Making sure everyone is comfortable with new technology processes and features?

How comfortable are you with being available when members of your team have questions and or problems?

How comfortable are you with taking on the IT security risks of your projects, employees, customers and clients information and data?

Sure, maybe you know how to use a handful of applications and are very comfortable with using your laptop, mobile device and cloud application.

How comfortable are you with managing everyone on your teams laptop, desktop and mobile devices?

Is single sign-on and multifactor authentication established for all of your apps?

Maybe you don't mind having a couple of extra passwords, how about the members of your team?
